GermanPG Posted March 29, 2021 Posted March 29, 2021 We are not able to search any receipt (except the last one) as we used to. It seems there's too many records in the database so it gets stuck and doesn't show any older receipt. I would like to know if we can delete de massive receipts database which is 1+ month older.

GermanPG Posted March 31, 2021 Author Posted March 31, 2021 Hi, Unfortunately, videos are not accepted in this forum. I can't upload it. There's no issue searching old receipts in the back office. The problem is doing it on the POS. The steps are (on the POS): 1) Click RECEIPTS tab and see the last receipt. 2) Scroll down to look for an old receipt. 3) Find it. Select it but then the receipt shown on the right hand of the screen is still the last receipt and does not refresh.
