Setting the KDS in Android, not able to pair my 4 POS with Loyverse KDS

I am trying to pair one tablet with the KDS app with my other tablets with POS app. I use the same wifi (4G router) for all tablets 

I followed the instructions on https://help.loyverse.com/help/kds-configuration#printergroup

I also tried the fixe ip as suggested on https://help.loyverse.com/help/troubleshooting-when-working-kds

Every time I get the same answer. in the Create printer window when I click search: "Kitchen display could not be found automatically. Please enter the Kitchen display's IP-address manually."

I'm sure I'm missing something, please help. Thanks as always.

Hello. Please try to enter the IP of your mobile device with the installed KDS app.

To find the IP address of the mobile device:

On Android mobile devices, go to Settings, and in the ‘About device’ menu, tap Status and check the IP address line.


On Apple mobile devices go to Settings and just tap your active Wi-Fi connection.
