i want to utilize the clockin and out feature to only save the employee attendance but without opening the app for them. 

i have a baker whose role is only to bake and i dont want him when he register his timein and out using the app to open the app for him

Hello Ahmed!

For Employees who do not need to use the POS app, you can create a special access role without access to POS or Back office

For such Employee you can add a Time card manually in Back office

but i want to hse the app clock in and out feature, otherwise there is no need to purchase a license for them and i will buy instead a small attendance  fingerprint or card machine

Clock-in feature is a part of POS application and available to be used as in-app option
