Karlene Posted September 30, 2020 Share Posted September 30, 2020 Good day Could someone please advise what feature to use to sign out of a previous terminal that isn't working as i need to sign in on a new terminal but i can only sign into back office. Solution Andy Posted October 7, 2020 Solution Share Posted October 7, 2020 Hello. There are two possible solutions: 1) Create a new POS at the Back office and sign in there from a new device. How to Create, Activate and Delete POS 2) Send the request from the owner email to help@loyverse.com with the request to sign out your pos (please, mention the POS name) from the device.
