How to automate feed receipt paper after printing completed

Hello,

For anyone having trouble with their bills print being cut off from the right, the following command will help: B6,6C,9A

just write in the Initial ESC/POS commands area in advanced settings

NOTE: Just to clarify, i do not own the MP-4000 TH POS Printer mentioned in the manual, but most commands did work for my off-brand Bluetooth thermal printer, so it might also work for yours

Brilliant! Thank you this pointed me into the right direction. My problem was solved by adding a 0A to the "Cutter ESC/POS Commands" which added one linefeed.

I have the issue when bill printing completed, I tear the bill and the tear line fall on last printer line. How to auto feed paper further after the bill printing completed?

Please go to the App → Settings → choose your printer, then open Advanced Settings → and in the field 'Cutter ESC/POS Commands', add 0A, 0A before existing values. (This will make printer feed more paper at the end of receipt.)
For example: 

you would have to write 0А,0А,1D,56,42,00

For my case , it doesn't help . Even i put 0А,0А,0А,0А,1D,56,42,00 . Still remain the same. Kindly Help please

I’m also still having the issue. It’s not working. I wish there was a phone number to call. I’m not getting any help this way. Maybe I just should find a new system.

Haiz . got not idea which POS system is good as Loyverse . currently using this new thermal printer unable print the date and receipt code clearly . although both date and receipt code is important .

I was told that for iOS, I can only connect other printers using Ethernet/WiFi but for Bluetooth and USB only printers from the list will work.

@Macmac @balaibaibaiThis problem happens when you use 58mm width paper but your setting is 80mm.
Please, open printer settings in the Loyverse POS App and choose the smallest PAPER WIDTH there. Save settings and try to print a new receipt.

HIya. When printing a kitchen order ticket, my Star TSP100 is only printing a tiny strip for the product ordered. This means the ticket is too small to be put into the tab grabber. Is there a way to force the printer to print something above the ticket - even just adding some free text or a logo would solve the issue as it would print a larger ticket.

I've seen the suggestions above but I don't get the option to add linebreak code as I don't get those advanced options for some reason.

Hi can somebaody please help me?

How can I adjust the margin on the leftside when printing receipts?

Note: I already tried adding 0A,0A on the Cutter Esc before the original figure but still it does not work.

I also tried adjusting the width 80mm/  58mm and to the advance setting 72mm/64mm still it's nit working.

Receipt size : 80mmx 70mm
