Nathan Posted August 27, 2020 Share Posted August 27, 2020 I don't see the ticket or order number on the POS nor the CDS, but only on the KDS. How do I get to see the ticket/order number on either the POS or CDS? We are non-profit so just need to see them for customer on screen. It seems odd that it only shows on KDS. The orders are sequential and I need to see that on POS and/or CDS so customer can see their order #, but I understand.
