Hi, I Have recently bought a second hand thermal printer for my small coffee shop"Bixolon SRP-350 III Plus" but can't connect to loyverse through other model and printer IP address. The error I am getting is "Please make sure that the printer is connected and try again"

It would be helpful of someone if I could get a solution
