2-when i open sale sale section in sale point app then i search an item it doesn't give it to me direct, it let me click on search button first then found the item and add it .

Hello. The best way to do this is to use separate barcode scanners. 
The separate devices have a button when you push it; it scans the barcode. It is simple to push this button several times to increase the quantity of the item on the ticket.

Do you use a barcode scanner to add items to the ticket?

When you scan your item’s barcode with a scanner, this item will appear in your ticket.

If you scan the same barcode one more time, the number of items will increase by one.

You can also use the built-in camera of the POS device as a barcode scanner.

How do you search for your items?

I use Redtech barcode scanner and iPad 10.2 

Do you think this is the problem they don't have a good configure between them? 
Because they force me to go to search then scan the item then add it.

I can't scan items from sales area, Barcode scanner read the barcode but don't add it to tickets.

Hello. Unfortunately the scanner Redtech is not supported for iOS. 

Loyverse POS on IOS devices supports only following scanner models:

Socket Mobile 7Ci

Socket Mobile 7Qi

Socket Mobile S700

Socket Mobile S740

Socket Mobile S800

The model you are using is not supported, unfortunately. This might cause the issue you are facing.
