PaulG Posted February 29, 2020 Posted February 29, 2020 Hi, A tablet died during a shift and we want to switch in our replacement/spare tablet. However when we try to log on to that STORE/POS it seems the previous tablet log in is still alive and it won't let us sign in. 1. Is there any way (back office or support) that we can log out the dead tablet? 2. If not is there some timeout paarameter that will result in this tablet getting logged out say overnight perhaps? Or will it just stay like this forever and make the POS completely inaccesible? Thanks for any help. Paul
Solution Mia Posted March 1, 2020 Solution Posted March 1, 2020 Hello, You need to send a request from the owner's email address to help@loyverse.com to sign you out of POS . You must specify the name of the POS you need to sign out from (like POS1, POS 2 etc) and the reason why you can not sign out by yourself. After you send your request, the Loyverse support Team will sign you out of this POS and notify you by email. Then you can sign in this POS from another device.
