If I activate the option “Show customer info” in the Receipt settings in my Back-office, will my customer’s information (customer name and number) appear also in the Kitchen order?

Hello Eco,

No, customer information will not be shown in the kitchen order.

If you activate the option “Show customer info”, information about your customer (customer's name and number) will appear in the printed receipt that you give to your customers and also in the emailed receipts.

Keep in mind that customer information is always displayed in the receipts in the archive in POS and in the Back Office.
