Fanny Posted November 14, 2019 Share Posted November 14, 2019 (edited) I connected my KDS correctly and the test prints appears in the KDS, but when I actually save or charge an order it does not go the KDS, why would that be? Sam2019 Posted November 14, 2019 Share Posted November 14, 2019 In such case I would check the printer group settings in the back office and make sure I am trying to send (to the KDS) an item that belongs to the category which is added to the printer group I choose in the KDS settings in POS And then in the POS You can see in the photos that the categories needed were chosen for the printer group and then on the POS the same printer group was activated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
