Can I search open tickets by their items?

I was wondering if I can use the search field to search open tickets based on the items in them? Sometimes we need to search the tickets based on the products in them...

It is not possible to do that, you can only filter the open tickets using the search field by their names or by employees (if you are using Employee Management)

There is section for features suggestion in Loyverse town, I think the team checks it and takes the suggestions there into consideration
