Is there any way to deactivate an employee without deleting him/her?

Hi, I have many employees which work at my business only for the summer season. I was wondering if there is any way to "deactivate" these employees for the other period of the year so I don't have to pay the subscription for them during the months when they are not working. I do not want to delete them since I have ti reenter them again, so I was just wondering if there exist such option to deactivate them and activate them again in the needed time.

There is no way to deactivate employees. You have to delete them from the employee list so you won't be charged for these employees anymore. Any remaining balance will be converted to a credit  which can be used to pay for future subscriptions.
