ASC Posted January 9, 2019 Posted January 9, 2019 how do i reprint a ticket if it doesnt show the print button When i go to the receipts tab, it doesn't give me the option to reprint tickets
Andrew de Freitas Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 Assuming you are on the Android platform, there is no option to reprint a ticket. That feature is only available on Apple devices right now. I have brought it up with their support before, but it has not yet been addressed.
Solution Mia Posted March 11, 2020 Solution Posted March 11, 2020 Hello, To reprint a receipt you have to go to the Receipt's list in POS menu, find the receipt you want to reprint, click on the three dot menu (⋮) at the upper right-hand corner and choose the option: Print receipt. Note: You will see this option: "Print receipt" only if you have connected a receipt printer to your POS device. You can check the list of supported receipt printers that are 100% compatible with Loyverse POS in this link: https://help.loyverse.com/help/supported-printers
TGM Posted June 3, 2024 Posted June 3, 2024 I am a new Loyverse user, I wonder why I have connected to the Kitchen Display Screen, but the POS doesn't send the order through. And it doesn't show the Reprint Order also. Please help
