How to connect Bixolon SRP350 Plus III network receipt printer to POS?

Hi,

I am trying to setup a receipt printer using IP address, I'm using a Bixolon SRP350 Plus III Receipt printer. I am able to connect using the usb setup and interface, but when I change the interface from USB to Ethernet, the connection fails. I am sure the receipt printer is working as I am able to do a test print with my PC. All the devices are connected under the same subnet and I am able to ping between the devices.

Are you able to ping the printer from your PC?

Also check your wireless settings for the router and make sure you don't have it set to isolate wireless devices.

It's a nice feature to protect your network, but it prevents wireless devices from seeing the other network devices.
