Such customers are you best allys and they are the ones who will promout and recommend your product or service among their friends and relatives for free. Word of mouth is very powerful and it can give you great results, as it can also ruin you. A customer will easily share as well a bad experience so better to avoid that to happen and be ready to satisfy your customer expectations.
