How to activate Loyverse by debit card?

I'm from Indonesia, I use three banks with maestro and visa but when I fill to active by debit card, all of the cards is rejected. is there someone have the same experience with me, please.

Hi! Usually, the card is declined by the card-issuing bank. And we cannot help from our side. We recommend you to try the following steps:

1. Contact your bank and check with them why a transaction is declined. One of the common problems is Insufficient Funds. Please check if you have enough funds 

2. Retry payment later, let's say tomorrow. Because if your bank sees too many attempts to withdraw funds from your card in a short time, your bank fraud system may block your transactions

3. You can try to use the card of another bank

Hi, my trial period just had finished and I tried to fill my credit card information and pay for the employee management module but the "mastercard ID check" doesnt send me the pin number to my cellphone. I just read that theres another way to pay for the full year with a wire bank transfer. Im interested. Could you please send me the link? Thanks

I'm trying to purchase the integrations subscription, but I got the error message 'Your card was not verified'. However, with the same creditcard I am able to purchase a Wordpress plugin online (on the same day). So it looks to be a problem at the Loyverse side.

I had my bank set permission to allow payment to loyverse.com yet I am still unable to make payment for the advanced inventory feature. I am using a international Visa Debit Card. Can someone give me some help?

Numerous instances of this issue. Responses on messenger and herein are inadequate and seem unreliable. Loyverse response saying the bank has declined the payment is pure fantasy, the card being used elsewhere successfully. Having contacted the bank, they report that the retailer has refused to accept the card type - business visa debit. Loyverse say 3D secure attempt failed. Personal card registered successfully but won't be using that is it is a business transaction not a personal one. Judging by the number of similar issues in this thread I summise that Loyverse aren't being accurate or thoughtful in their responses. If this isn't resolved soon I will need to go to another system as I need the integration apps. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I eventually got mine working by subscribing rather than registering the card. That automatically registered the card. I then cancelled the subscription and just turn it back on when i need it. Lovers didn’t help with this.
