How to activate Loyverse by debit card?

I'm from Indonesia, I use three banks with maestro and visa but when I fill to active by debit card, all of the cards is rejected. is there someone have the same experience with me, please.

Hi, my trial period just had finished and I tried to fill my credit card information and pay for the employee management module but the "mastercard ID check" doesnt send me the pin number to my cellphone. I just read that theres another way to pay for the full year with a wire bank transfer. Im interested. Could you please send me the link? Thanks

Please contact us on help@loyverse.com from owner's email. Indicate for which subscriptions and which numbers of stores or employees you would like to pay. And we will send you the proforma invoice. Please note that all bank fees must be paid by the sender.

 Hello forum. I have been trying to activate the employee subscription, but  loyverse   doesn't verify my credit card. Could anyone help me please!

Mine as well, I am from Philippines and I cannot add my cc to pay for my subscription.

Same issue here. I tried two different credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), and I can't activate them.

I'm trying to purchase the integrations subscription, but I got the error message 'Your card was not verified'. However, with the same creditcard I am able to purchase a Wordpress plugin online (on the same day). So it looks to be a problem at the Loyverse side.

I registered my mastercard to loyverse inventory management subscripion but my card has been declined im from philippines

We would recommend you to reach the second-tier customer service of your bank and prepare some detailed information related to the transaction upon calling the bank (e.g. the amount of the transaction, the website the transaction was made at and the time of the transaction).
 

2. Retry payment later, let's say tomorrow. Because if your bank sees too many attempts to withdraw funds from your card in a short time, your bank fraud system may block your transactions.
 

3. Try to use the card of another bank.

Hi! I've been a lloverse user for 2 years now and I want to change my credit card number in the subscription but

it just doesn't save any changes and I want to get the managing of inventory and a second POS

Hi, I've tried to add many credit cards but none of them worl, I just receive an alert that says "your card was not validated". I don't know if my account has blocked time or something

Good day I have an account, my free trial has expired, I've tried multiple cards but I keep receiving the error, card cant verify. Urgently need to get this fixed. Can someone assist?

I had my bank set permission to allow payment to loyverse.com yet I am still unable to make payment for the advanced inventory feature. I am using a international Visa Debit Card. Can someone give me some help?

Hello,

 

I am hoping you can advise me on how to resolve this issue quickly please.

 

I have been attempting to add additional employees on to our Loyverse account, but am unsuccessful each time as it keeps informing me that the card cannot be verified.

The card details I have submitted are indeed all correct, yet the card is being declined.

 

Please advise???

I am having trouble adding my new visa card to renew. Only my expired visa card appears in the payment.I can't add my new card, what should I do?
