Can you briefly describe your business and its background story?
I have a retail shop that has been open for more than three years. The shop is called Dhoroestore, and we offer a wide variety of products. We implemented Loyverse in our shop a year ago, and it has been very useful because it helps me monitor my business remotely. I am in Taiwan, but my business is located in Haiti. Loyverse became essential last year when our business grew, and we needed a system to better manage our data. After we implemented Loyverse, it had a major impact on our business. Having control of our reports and inventory allowed us to make better decisions, and our business grew even more. We currently have two branches: one located in the capital of Haiti and one in the north.

What made you decide to use Loyverse?
I am an accountant, so I have to keep track of everything. We didn’t use any POS system before, but as the business grew, I noticed that I couldn’t manage everything manually. At first, it was only me and my sister working on the business, and we tried our best to keep track of everything. However, we realized it was no longer enough. Yes, I use the Loyverse Dashboard daily. It is a very helpful app that allows me to monitor my stores from anywhere in the world.

Have you used any of Loyverse’s add-on services, and what was their impact on your business operations?
I use all three add-ons: Unlimited Sales History, Employee Management, and Advanced Inventory. One of the features I appreciate most is inventory valuation. It allows me to control my stock day by day and make predictions about the future, helping me decide which items to order.
I have also added two employees to the account. They use Loyverse POS on their own devices, but the data syncs immediately to the cloud, allowing me to track their sales and performance in real time from the Back Office.

Have you found Loyverse's customer support responsive and helpful when you've encountered any issues or had questions about the system?
Yes, live chat is very useful for me. I cannot say anything negative about Loyverse. My continued use of it means that I am very comfortable with it and that it provides all the features I need.

Would you recommend Loyverse to other businesses?
What I can say is that there may be many other systems like Loyverse, but since I started using it, my experience has been so good that I never felt the need to check out others.
