House of Koon: Multiplying Good Energy with Crystals, Wellness, and Loyverse

Beside the peaceful Khao Tao Reservoir in Hua Hin, House of Koon offers more than just wellness services - it provides a space where body, mind, and soul come together to heal. From ice baths and Reiki to sound healing and crystal therapy, House of Koon has quickly become a sanctuary for those seeking balance and renewal. At the heart of the business is the founder’s passion for crystals, expressed not only through their crystal-infused body oils but also through unique workshops and a one-of-a-kind crystal shop. With Loyverse POS as a trusted partner, House of Koon manages its growing business smoothly while focusing on what matters most: helping people reconnect with themselves and multiply good energy.

Can you tell us what House of Koon is all about?

My business is called House of Koon. “Koon” in Thai means “multiply,” and I chose the name to symbolize the multiplication of good energy. Here, we offer activities that support people’s well-being - healing the mind, body, and soul. Our services include ice baths, infrared sauna, sound healing, Reiki, and vibroacoustic therapy. The location is by the Khao Tao Reservoir, surrounded by mountains and just 200 meters from the beach. It’s a peaceful place where people can walk, connect with nature, and return to themselves.
We also have crystal shops where we sell different types of crystals and offer crystal healing. This is one of the highlights of our business, and we are the only shop in Hua Hin with this feature.

What inspired you to create a wellness space like House of Koon?

It all started with my product line, which I call “koon.” I launched it in mid-2024. It’s a body oil infused with crystals, and since different crystals carry different energies, each bottle becomes like a mini pocket healer. People can use it on their wrists to reduce stress, calm anxiety, or ease panic attacks. The oil is also nourishing for the skin, as it’s made with jojoba oil and vitamin E. This product was unique and uncommon in the market, and my passion for crystals led me to expand from creating koon oils to establishing House of Koon, where people could come, feel the energy, and heal themselves.

What motivated you to create your very first product, which later grew into this business?

It started when I gave a crystal as a gift for a friend. A few months later, my friend told me it was amazing and had helped a lot. That feedback encouraged me to explore crystals more deeply. Eventually, I came up with the idea of blending body oil with crystals, which became the first koon product.

What challenges did you face in the first year, and how did you overcome them?

The biggest challenge was educating people about crystals. Many still don’t understand their power. In Thailand, when you talk about energy, people often confuse it with superstition. It took time to show them that crystal energy has a scientific basis. To do this, I relied on my website, organized workshops, and collaborated with brands and hotels to run crystal educating events. Social media also played an important role in reaching and educating interested audiences. Step by step, we built awareness among targeted groups.

What guiding philosophy do you follow in managing House of Koon?

At the core, our mission is to help people heal and feel good. We want to support people in becoming their best selves. When you help others, you feel good yourself - and that is the true foundation of our business.

Do you have a customer story that shows the impact of your products?

Yes. Recently, we asked clients to share testimonials, and one story stood out. A customer who works as a DJ, while also being a single mom and running her own restaurant, told us how stressful her life can be. She shared that during very overwhelming days, she used our koon product to lower her stress and manage her busy schedule. Stories like this show how our products are helping people every day.

How did you discover Loyverse POS, and why did you choose it for your business?

I used to run restaurants where I worked with another POS system. But for House of Koon, I wanted something different. I researched and found Loyverse. After testing it during the trial period, I realized it had everything I needed: daily and monthly reports, category management, and discount features. It was also very cost-effective to start with. I still want to explore other features, such as shift reports and open tickets, which I believe will benefit my business further.

What is your vision for the future of House of Koon?

We plan to expand and open new branches once this first location is fully established.
