ScottA Posted April 22 Posted April 22 Hopefully someone can help out I have 2 handheld tills systems - both work perfectly fine independently however they do not sync with each other unless I manually select the 'sync' button on each devise - in the settings menu But i have to do this every transaction if i want to void any issues. Can they be set up to auto sync after each saved action? I read that they can but cannot find this anywhere Thanks in advance :) Scott
Georg Posted April 27 Posted April 27 Hello First, please make sure you are using the latest version of the Loyverse POS App on your devices. You can check it in the GOOGLE PLAY STORE for Android devices or in the App Store for iOS devices. If it is already updated, then please make sure the POWER-SAVING (battery-saving) MODE is turned OFF on your devices. These steps usually solve the sync issues.
