Invoice from Loyverse issued without VAT number

Hi! We have received the invoice from Loyverse regarding the subscribed service; however, we noticed that the invoice does not include our VAT number (tax identification number), which in Portugal makes the document fiscally invalid.

How and where can we register our association’s details so that future invoices are issued with our VAT number?
