Perky Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago We paid our subscription on 9th Feb 2026. For some unknown reason there was a chargebavk by our bank on 13th Feb. Now our account is on hold. We can login but cant access live chat as it is for paid subscriptions and we cannot access the billing and subscription button, it is deactivated in the drop down menu so we are stuck. We only have help@loyverse.com and cant fix anything in the app. Any advice welcome please as we need to run our business and we are currently in the dark!
