Loyverse & Fuudey. Can online orders show up on KDS?

Hi, I have recently started a new business, with the primary way for making sales is through online orders. Online orders are made through Fuudey which then feed through to Loyverse POS. But these orders are not appearing on the KDS.

Is this a known limitation?
Is there a work around that others can suggest?
