I cannot add a credit card

Hey, is there anything I can do since I cannot add a payment type to Loyverse. I need to export receipts and should add a payment type to do a subscription. 

 

There is an error message that says "an unexpected error occurred" or something similar when I try to add my credit card to the system. 

What should I do?
