In the payment area, allow the selection of credit sales for debtors or accounts receivable, and have that sale deducted from inventory immediately. Another issue is that when sales are on open tickets, the products are not deducted until payment is received. You should also allow the option to deduct from inventory immediately, as this causes inventory confusion.
