The bluetooth printer it's printing weird symbols

Hi, my 02POS ST200 it's a bluetooth printer, it's printing weird symbols, I already read other posts and there's no advance options showing, and it's the printer I bought I as a pack and it's compatible, what can I do? Thanks

Following, it says there's some server problem, I tried Connecting It with another printer, It prints the testing prints, but doesn't prints receipts as the option it'svnot showing
