Desio Posted Thursday at 12:38 AM Posted Thursday at 12:38 AM Hello everyone, I'm setting up a multiple-kitchens pizza place and need some advice from the community. I have to manage 3 distinct food places, they operate independently but are merged and share the same LAN network (physical link no vpns), precisely 2 pizzerias and 1 panini place, and they all run on the same Loyverse account. My goal is to integrate ordering between all of the places so that servers can order at any location from any kitchen, the "only" requirement is that the kitchen printers print correcty with human routing notes to table (eg. "to pizza place 1, table 2" or "table 9 panini"), The desired workflow is basically: If a customer wants a panini and is sitting at a pizza place's table they only send the panini to the panini kitchen and the rest to its kitchen. if a customer wants a pizza and is sitting at the panini place's table they only send the pizza to the pizzeria and the rest to its kitchen. all other standard items (items that all 3 locations sell like appetizers, desserts, drinks etc) should be router to their kitchen (pizza 1 to pizza 1, panini to panini etc) I currently own (still not set up tho): 3 POS devices (1 each) 3 ESC/POS LAN printers (1 each) Single loyverse account with single store setup I'm willing to use loyverse api if a native workaround isn't possible or even developing a custom module, but native is preferred. Thanks for reading and thanks in advance for all your answers.

Yasuaki Posted Thursday at 11:35 AM Posted Thursday at 11:35 AM Hello! May I know if you already have checked this help article?https://help.loyverse.com/help/set-kitchen-printer-each Requirements 1. and 2. can be managed by the article above. But the 3. could be difficult as we cannot differentiate kitchen printer depending on the seat the customer is sitting. 10 hours ago, Desio said: If a customer wants a panini and is sitting at a pizza place's table they only send the panini to the panini kitchen and the rest to its kitchen. if a customer wants a pizza and is sitting at the panini place's table they only send the pizza to the pizzeria and the rest to its kitchen. all other standard items (items that all 3 locations sell like appetizers, desserts, drinks etc) should be router to their kitchen (pizza 1 to pizza 1, panini to panini etc) Unfortunately, using the API won't help this case. The API cannot fetch order information from the POS.
Desio Posted Thursday at 11:42 AM Author Posted Thursday at 11:42 AM Hello! thanks for replying, I have checked it, but I had issues making the third point possible as you said. Haven’t tried using 3 different stores tho, I was considering using product variants to route (eg routing to pizza place 1). Would a custom module help in this case? 2 minutes ago, Yasuaki said: Hello!
