Bartonroad Posted November 19 Posted November 19 I'm a bit frustrated about this subscription because it wasn't in place when we first subscribed to Loyverse. I've always been able to check my sales history and now all of a sudden I can only do this if my charity subscribes and pays £5 per month for the add on. All I want to do is check back over this financial year from April 2025. It is very sharp practice to start charging for something that we've had without charge, and had when our charity first subscribed to Loyverse. I tried to check data from August 2025 and couldn't understand why I couldn't access - then realised there was a message underneath the calendar that said I can have a free trial before subscribing. Yes, sharp practice.
Kay Posted December 1 Posted December 1 Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that this change may feel unexpected. We introduced the Unlimited Sales History subscription to give users access to their full sales history, and this update was communicated in advance. The Loyverse basic plan still provides access to recent sales history, while older records are now available through the Unlimited Sales History add-on. You can activate a trial of the Unlimited Sales History feature without adding a card. This allows you to explore the feature first and decide later whether you’d like to continue with the subscription. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to let us know. Thank you for being part of the Loyverse community.
Rapakivi Posted Tuesday at 08:18 PM Posted Tuesday at 08:18 PM (edited) It seems this "Unlimited Sales History" subscription price has been lifted from 5 euro to 7 euro now. Only noted when looked if I should pay more time in order to get all the data and get rid of this system. Maybe other folks are leaving too, so they charge more... I would not mind to pay for something if it would have been originally agreed but to hijack like this your official bookkeeping information that the law requires in any country, it is a shame really. And now it seems it can rise any time more... so really unreliable way of working with this Loyverse unfortunately. There are plenty of good stuff in it, so why to destroy the reputation like this, can't understand. Edited Tuesday at 08:20 PM by Rapakivi
