How to avoid hiring the wrong people for your startup?

I recommend to check people before hiring, for example, meeting or something else, just to speak and maybe to understand which kind of person.

You can never define the person's character and skills for short time meetings like a job interview or CV research. I prefer to hire a person for probation. In one or two months of the real job, people can show what they can do.
