Tomi Posted Thursday at 09:51 AM Posted Thursday at 09:51 AM Hello, we have started to use Loyverse POS. Everything is working well, but we have difficulties with refunds. We are using iZettle and I hav tried to do a refund from a "refund" button of a receipt. It seems to go through and asks the password to iZettle and I have pressed the "confirm refund" button, but then the website crashes and I go back to Loyverse POS app. The refund does not appear anywhere in Loyverse or iZettle. What could be a problem?
