Zettle

When you use the Zettel app you can take card payments directly from your tablet or phone without the need for a seperate card reader. Can Loyverse support this when you integrate Zettel?

Hi I bought a new Zettle Card Reader but ibstead of sending me a zettle 2 they sent me a paypal card reader. https://www.paypal.com/uk/business/pos-system/card-reader It looks like they phasing out the zettle machines for these. This is not picked up by loyverse even tho it is registered with zettle on the tablet? Any idea if you will add these as is a £70 paper weight at the moment. Thanks Alan

Can I connect my Zettle Terminal (https://shop.zettle.com/gb/card-terminals/paypal-terminal) to the POS system (as well as the printer dock)? In Zettle payment settings the only available card readers are the Card reader, reader 2 and paypal reader. Thanks

Hello, we have started to use Loyverse POS. Everything is working well, but we have difficulties with refunds. We are using iZettle and I hav tried to do a refund from a "refund" button of a receipt. It seems to go through and asks the password to iZettle and I have pressed the "confirm refund" button, but then the website crashes and I go back to Loyverse POS app. The refund does not appear anywhere in Loyverse or iZettle. What could be a problem?

Hello everyone, I have 3 iPads connected with 3 Zettles. We run a theater bar where we have about 100 transactions within half an hour (3 times a night). On two of the iPads I have a frequent problem with transaction fails. Out of the blue I get an alert window "Transaction Failed" (photos in attachment). It happens, let's say, every 5th time on one of the iPads and every 10th time on the other. On the 3rd iPad we never have problems. The display on the Zettle doesn't show that the transaction failed, we only see it on the screen of the iPad. Our solutions: - sometimes we do it again and it works (this is not very customer frien…

We have 2 android tablets from different manufacturers but both are having the same issue. The range from the tablet to the reader seems very low. With the reader only a small distance away the reader does not connect or transactions fail. Using the reader with iPhone seams OK. Thanks

Is Loyverse capable of accepting Zettle Gift Card payments or only card/tap-to-pay methods?

Hi all, Perhaps someone has an solution to the following problem, We have 2 Lenovo Android Tabs, neither one of them can complete the connection.. the following happens.. When pressing the payment type zettle to setup it redirects to the zettle page... login with the credentials, returns to POS and nothing has changed.. Second way.. make a sale, press zettle now a zettle dialaog opens to connect, it goes to the zettle wepbage as above and returns to POS and the same dialog to login is there... Android 12 with latest version of Loyverse 2.33.x

Is there a way to configure Zettle payments so that the customer signature is displayed on the Customer Display System instead of the POS? It's really awkward that the customer can review the charge details on the CDS and add a tip there but the receptionist needs to have the customer sign on the POS.

I want to connect my zettle card reader to my android pos devices and in the back office> settings > payment types > add payment type. There is no such option as zettle which it says in the video. (Update) I think I found the reason why this is happening. The account was originally opened in Pakistan so it doesn't have the correct country of registration. How can I have this sorted please ?

Hi There If we integrate with iZettle, what gets sent to iZettle in terms of items and categories? We need to be able to separate out and report on the categories of card payments and wonder whether this gets sent to the izettle dashboard so we can run reports there? I cannot see a way to do this in standard loyverse reports, it only lists gross total amount of card and cash, or the category report does not list payment type. Thanks

When opened my account I dint pay attention to the country, today I am trying to add iZettle as one of the forms of payment and turns out it only works in certain countries in order to be integrated. How can I change the country settings to Mexico on my profile? Thank You.
