Tomi Posted October 30 Posted October 30 Hello, we have started to use Loyverse POS. Everything is working well, but we have difficulties with refunds. We are using iZettle and I hav tried to do a refund from a "refund" button of a receipt. It seems to go through and asks the password to iZettle and I have pressed the "confirm refund" button, but then the website crashes and I go back to Loyverse POS app. The refund does not appear anywhere in Loyverse or iZettle. What could be a problem?
Shinjin Posted October 30 Posted October 30 Hello, From our side, we have not seen any irregularities with your Loyverse account. We recommend contacting the Zettle team to check if there are any potential issues from their side. We will be waiting for your feedback.
Tomi Posted November 3 Author Posted November 3 Hey, PayPal (Zettle) asked us to contact you, because they cannot offer customer service if any other point-of-sale system is used. I tried to do a refund once again, but the website crashes after pressing "confirm refund"

Additionally, could you please also make sure that access to the location is enabled on the device? We will be waiting for your feedback.
