The logo and header/footer text are not centered when printing from Loyverse. However, when using the Epson TM Utility app, the alignment works correctly. The paper width has been set to 58mm. Could you please advise if there are any additional settings in Loyverse that I should adjust to resolve this issue? Thank you for your assistance. Best regards,
Yasuaki Posted Friday at 10:51 AM Posted Friday at 10:51 AM Hello. Thank you for your post. If you choose a printer model "TM-m30," the paper width is automatically set to 80mm. Alternatively, you can choose "Other model" with "58mm" paper width.

However, I noticed that there is no option to select the paper width when connected via Bluetooth.
