Bar Code Scanner set up with TM-M30II-SL

Hi All

I have set up my Samsung Galaxy Tab 9+ with an EPSON TM-M30II-SL.

The interface is bluetooth.

I have plugged a barecode scanner to the printer, which when I test in the printer's app works fine, but when I try to use it in the Loyverse App, nothing happens.

Could you please help ?

Hello.

If you use TM-m30II-SL, the barcode scanner has to be connected to the POS device directly.

I have an IOS Gen 10 tab with the app installed and am considering the Epson TM-M30III.  Is this compatible as this is not listed on the printer list however does display the Epson TM-M30II-SL.
