Sales, Receipts & Loyalty Points Bulk Processing Inquiry/Request

Hi Team,

I use Loyverse to manage ticketing and product sales for our Beyblade tournaments.

Competitors register through Cognito Forms (cognitoforms.com) and pay for their entry tickets via bank transfer. I then manually process each ticket sale in Loyverse, one by one, to issue receipts and add loyalty points. As you can imagine, this creates a very heavy admin workload!

My question is:
Does Loyverse offer a bulk sales processing function? For example, Cognito Forms can export all player details (name, email, address, etc.) into an Excel file. I can tidy that up to match a Loyverse upload template, then ideally process the sales in bulk and automatically send out receipts via email. What I’m really looking for is a way to reduce the amount of manual admin involved.

Directly in the Loyverse POS app, it is not possible to record multiple customers' transactions at once and send all these transactions simultaneously to customers' emails, but it can be done through the integrations between Loyverse and other software provided by our partners.
For example, you can try the integration with the accounting software or the integrations provided by CONNECTORS on the MARKETPLACE.
