When I try to make a transaction using the main POS terminal through SumUp (Solo) I get an error message saying "Sumup keeps stopping". I have reinstalled Loyverse and SumUp and checked bluetooth connections. SumUp Solo is working independently via Wifi, and is also working through Loyverse POS app on my iphone.

Possible reasons for SumUp app crashes include weak internet, software issues, or a faulty card reader. Troubleshooting steps: Check the internet, restart the app and device, charge and connect the card reader, and reset if needed. If using a Bluetooth-connected device, reset the Bluetooth connection. Turn off Bluetooth on your device, close the SumUp app, and ensure the card reader is off, then turn Bluetooth back on and reconnect. Troubleshoot the SumUp App: Close and Reopen: Completely close the SumUp app and reopen it. Clear Cache: On Android, clear the SumUp app's cache. Check for Updates: Ensure the SumUp app is updated to the latest version. SumUp has also updated the SumUp Payments and POS App. Please update to version 2.128.0 ( 4 Aug 2025)
