Impresora Xprinter X58IIH imprime gráficos extraños

Mi impresora imprime gráficos muy extraños al enviar a imprimir tickets de ventas, es posible que se deba a algún codigo de configuración avanzada que no estoy utilizando? Mi POS es marca Superwin, tengo otro POS marca Sunmi y otra impresora del mismo modelo pero esta imprime sin problemas

If the printer is printing weird symbols on the receipts, you can try to change the PRINT MODE in the Advanced printer settings in the Loyverse POS App:

Using the 'Text' print mode does not allow the printing of the Logo on the receipts.
