Sauna Business

I run a sauna business, and with the upcoming change in weather, I’m planning to offer bundled service packages. For example, I’m considering a promotional bundle that includes massage therapy, sauna room access, and jacuzzi use, along with a 12-hour stay in a relaxation room where customers can unwind. I’ve been using Loyverse since I started my business and I’m wondering if this feature is possible without entering these services one by one in the ticket?

For your promo bundle, you can use the composite item feature.
I assume you already have all the individual services set up in your account, so creating this bundle should be simple.

To do this:

Open a new item card and activate the ‘Composite item’ toggle.

Add all the relevant services (ex. massage therapy, sauna access, jacuzzi, relaxation room) under this one item.

 This way, you won’t need to select each service individually when creating a ticket.

Here’s an example of how you can set it up from your Back Office.

Also, the total cost will be automatically calculated based on the quantities you assign to each item. This makes it easy to adjust the pricing depending on your bundle’s cost.
