Using the sumup without Internet???

Is there a way to process a payment using SumUp, without Internet access?  We have a solo.  It has its own cell chip.  But if I connect the solo device using data, then the Bluetooth connection with the loyverse POS doesn't seem too talk...????  Any ideas on how to make this work?
