bgill Posted May 18 Posted May 18 I had allergens listed in a group, so they could be added on the item list when a food order is placed. The system has stopped showing items when the price is zero. If I put a price of 1, they reappear, but that adds 1 to the bill! How can I enter allergen info when an order is taken?

bgill Posted May 19 Author Posted May 19 Thanks for the reply. I can see that works. I maintain the list of items external to loyverse, and import the csv file. When the allergens are in the file with a zero price, and flagged 'item for sale' the whole file is rejected with a message 'File Error'. This used to work fine. If I set the flag 'Item for sale' to N, the file imports, but the allergens are not visible. Whilst I could make it a procedure to manually change the allergen flags after each import, it does leave the process open to error. Is there a better way to handle Allergens? I tried setting up a modifier as allergens, but having to attach it to each item wasn't going to work when placing orders.
Georg Posted May 19 Posted May 19 Regarding the "FILE ERROR": This notification is shown in case if the file format was changed or the columns were filled incorrectly. Please, make sure you fill the file according to this tutorial: Exporting and Importing Itemshttps://help.loyverse.com/help/importing-and-exporting To open and save the exported CSV file properly, please follow one of these tutorials: How to Open CSV File in Google Sheetshttps://help.loyverse.com/help/how-open-csv-file-google-sheets How to Export Data from Reports and Open in Excelhttps://help.loyverse.com/help/export-excels How to Export Data from Reports and Open in LibreOfficehttps://help.loyverse.com/help/export-libreoffices 2 hours ago, bgill said: Is there a better way to handle Allergens? We do not have a special feature to display the list of allergens of each product, but probably the best solution is to create them as the modifiers and apply them each time when you add an item to the order.
bgill Posted Monday at 09:23 AM Author Posted Monday at 09:23 AM The error was not in the file format, as this is generated automatically and worked previously. Loyverse must have added validation to state an item cant have zero price, and be flagged for sale. I change either setting it imports. But I want allergens to have zero price, and be available for selection.
Georg Posted yesterday at 08:21 AM Posted yesterday at 08:21 AM Hello I am able to create a new item with 0 cost and 0 price and upload it to the back office: --- --- --- --- --- Please, make sure you fill in all the necessary columns.
