*Help* Impossible to do any payment or export sales report

I am trying to export my sales report from the previous month, which requires a subscription, but when I try to pay for the subscription, it tells me that my email is not confirmed, so the payment cannot go through. However, I have confirmed the email address many times. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Hello! Please contact us by help@loyverse.com from your Loyverse account's email by providing screenshot of the message about email confirmation and the last 4 digits of your card number which you try to add for payment of subscription
