Inventory tracking with Open Tickets

Hello - Is the paid version of inventory management real-time? That is to say... if I add an item to an Open Ticket, will the inventory decrease when it's added or only when the Open Ticket is charged? If the latter, is there any way to add this as an option?

Technically this can be done

But logically , item in the ticket can be adjusted or deleted entirely by the clerck

Hello! The inventory of the items added to the open ticket will update when the ticket is charged. 

You can manually adjust the stocks of the items included, but when you charge the ticket, you would need to adjust it again to correct the stocks.
