Loyverse auto cancel receipt

I have noted that loyverse app will auto duplicate receipts and print order receipt but after a while it will auto cancelled..

 

As I think because of no subscription, support@loyverse.com did not reply.

 

So I would like the loyverse to check your system.. why were the receipts auto cancelled on loyverse back office..
