Star Mpop USB C connection issue

Hi guys, I'm new to Loyverse and I just purchased a Mpop cash drawer/printer without Bluetooth. I'm having issues connecting it via USB, it doesn't appear at all in the Star Quick Seup Utility app. Has anyone experienced this?

Thank you for your post.

At this moment, Loyverse does not support mPOP connection via USB.

The mPOP not appearing in the Star Quick Setup Utility app could have a different reason.
