Rene111 Posted Thursday at 09:47 PM Posted Thursday at 09:47 PM I am running into issues with the service where receipts are not getting stored in the history, I assume it is because I don't have the unlimited sales history subscription. I have attempted to subscribe but don't see it as an option. The only options I see are: Employee management --> I am a solo operation, I don't need this service. Advanced inventory --> I manage inventory on a different system, so I don't need it. Integrations --> I don't need this service, I don't have to integrate with another services. Please I need help, I don't know what else to do. My receipts are not getting stored. Thanks in advance.

However, this is not related to the Unlimited Sales History subscription. If your POS device is operating offline, receipts will not sync with your Back Office. To resolve this, please try tapping the Sync button on the sales screen. If the issue persists, please reach out to our support team at help@loyverse.com, and they will investigate further.
