How to view current shift's report in Loyverse Back Office

Scenario: I am away and I need to check the current cash in drawer of the current Open Shift. How do I do it?

I can only see the closed shifts and their respective reports from the back office. I need to see the cash drawer of the open shift.

 

Hoping someone could help me.

Hello there,

At the moment, we don't have the option to check your POS device's shift report in real-time from the Back Office. You'll have to check it from the device directly. 

However, an alternative would be to use the Dashboard app. Although it doesn't necessarily show the real-time shift report, the Loyverse Dashboard app gives you instant access to your store's most valuable data. Complementing the Loyverse POS app, it puts key real-time information about your business at your fingertips allowing you to make important decisions immediately.
