Issue with End-of-Shift Print Format on SUNMI V2 PRO

Hi,

I'm using a SUNMI V2 PRO handheld POS to place orders and print receipts. Regular receipts print correctly, but the end-of-shift printout is missing the right side (see attached picture), as if it were formatted for 80 mm instead of 58 mm.

Do you have any idea how I can fix this?

Hello @Fab

In general, if the printer paper width is set as 58mm, it should print the shift report in 58mm as well.

May I see a screenshot of the printer setting?
