CKL Posted December 15, 2024 Posted December 15, 2024 Hi, the characters and the lines of my bill when being printed is not appearing correctly. My printer is GOOJPRT PT-210, which is a 58mm receipt. Kitchen receipt looks okay but that's only because we limited the item keywords to shorten them. Here are the current settings which was what I added based on previous forums, it was a temporary fix because the default looks way worse. Please help me sort this out!

The right side of the receipt seems to be too long? I measured the spacing on left and right side and they are the same so it looks like Loyverse is mis-positioning the right column?
