No, it is not possible to delete a receipt completely. However, you can cancel it. When you cancel a receipt, it will not be accounted for in the reports, and all items will be returned to stock.

Just canceling all test/practice receipts and moving on is the best course of action to move from employee test/practice mode into live mode. There is no delete/purge/remove.

To train new employees and managers, it's best to Export everything, create a new test/practice Account, and Import everything into it?
